The Minimum Plan: Travel Without Rush

A free plan designed to lighten your trip before it turns into a source of exhaustion.
A few decisions are enough to make a journey feel calmer.
This plan isn’t about planning attractions.
It’s about leaving space.
If you do only what’s written here, the trip is already enough.
Everything else is optional.
Inside, you’ll find:
- 5 simple decisions that genuinely lighten your travel plan
- a brief look at your travel energy budget
- a Minimum Plan worksheet to fill out before your trip
- a checklist of things not to plan

This plan is for you if:
- You’ve come back from trips feeling more tired than before
- You feel pressure to “make the most of” every moment
- You’re tired of plans that look good only on paper
- You want to travel more calmly, but don’t know where to start
This plan is not for people who:
- Want to see as much as possible in the shortest amount of time
- Enjoy very detailed, hour-by-hour schedules
- Treat travel like a checklist to complete

Hi, I’m Ania,
I’ve been traveling on my own terms for over 10 years – from Asia to the desert trails of Arizona.
Over time, I realized that the biggest problem with travel isn’t a lack of time, but an excess of plans.
This plan was created out of a need to simplify, not optimize.
So travel can once again be an experience, not a project.
If you’d like to learn more about my journey, you can find it here: About Me.
